Flood After Making a Post?

After making ANY post on my forum it goes to a white screen saying "flood" what is this?

I think you need to repair/optimize tables via admincp.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

it was the inferno shoutbox, for some reason it was saying "%username has 100 posts" 4 times :| thanks!
