Copyright Issues

I changed the copyright to go above the footer. I think it looks very sloppy under the footer, in my opinion. I have the forum sidebar enabled, and with the combination, the copyright and the time kind of breaks up. It's hard to explain, but below are some screen shots.

Here's the code I have in my footer template:
