How to design vb4.0 forumhome and threadbit like vb3.8

I have upgraded my forums to vbulletin 4.0 and found that i do not like the styles of forumhome and threadbit of vb4 default, i want it back to vb3 styles with the following column

Forums-->- last pos t >-Thread -. Post

Anyone can help me to complete this customization?
