Ok, I want to place a background into my forums. Similar to this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/12/43.jpg
I've tried adjusting the borders, and then inserting a picture, it doesn't seem to want to go the right way. Can someone experienced post step by step directions such as adjusting the doc_background width to be this, and margins to be this, and bodybackground to be this size...that would be awesome and I'm sure many people have been looking for this.
