It's not error. Just it includes also those who have 0 posts. I didn't liked to make the query most heavy by limit only to those who have more than 0 posts.

Do you have correct numbers for "Current weeks" widget? Also note something important. Last week, is actual last week. Most coders have plugins for last week, meaning last 7 days from today. This is not correct. Last week is ...Last week. The week which started the 00:01 at Monday of last week and ended at 23:59 on Sunday of last week.
