Reduced admin powers?

I have a new admin joining soon.

But I would like them NOT to be able to export the whole forums membership data as a list.

Can anyone suggest a custom mod to block this one admin function?

I'm not sure what action you are talking about that generates this list. I know about the mailing list, but I don't think that is what you are talking about.

Users - generate mailing list

Cant this be used by someone with admin privileges to grab a cut and paste of all the forum members email addresses?

(By doing a draft / trial list - then copying it as one giant text file)

Or have I got that wrong?

Just put him in the admin group & dont touch his permissions. Theyre good by default
