I changed some usergroup premissions but it didn't work?

I had a usergroup where the posts were placed in "moderation queue" Well I changed it to no post moderation queue and it's still having me approve posts and threads?

Can I do some type of update? Do I have to wait for the Cron Job?

How did you turn off the moderation queue? Did you do it in the Forum Permissions or the Forum Manager or ??
