Add button to the main navigator

Hello im asking kindly for help how to add more buttons.
Home, Forum, Blogs, What's New?
Thats the button that exist. I dont now how to delete any one.. or add a new button.

Like shop , games, links to other page.

Can somone help me out here?

Hmm. I cannot change the link name from nav link to other name. like shop, games .. i tryed everything
