Cant add header!!

Hi Ive spent a few hours on the computer just trying to add a stupid banner to the top of my site, but the solido one wont go away. ive tried changing the image path, uploading the image ftp, renaming, etc. :mad: :mad:

What *exactly* have you done to try to change the banner?
