How to switch blogs and CMS?

Does anyone know how I would switch the positions of the blog and CMS in the navbar?

I want the blog to be the first thing people see when they go to my site (the "home" button would go to the blog). And then the blog button would be renamed and linked to the CMS.

The blog tab is using the template hook location "navtab_middle" (in plugin "Navbar: Eval Blog Link Template and Validate Styleid"), whereas the Home tab is using teh template hook location "navtab_start" (in plugin "Navbar: Insert CMS Navbar Entry"). So, switch them in their plugins.

I tried a few things and wasn't able to get it to work. Can you please give me a more detailed instructions (such as "find this" and "replace with this")?

I don't know how to be much more specific that what I wrote. Find "navtab_middle" in plugin "Navbar: Eval Blog Link Template and Validate Styleid" and change to "navtab_start". Find "navtab_start" in plugin "Navbar: Insert CMS Navbar Entry" and change to "navtab_middle".
