How to Upload large Attachment files

I wrote this topic from 2 days and till now , my issue not completely solved

please help me
when I tried to upload my files throw attachment ,this message appears
(Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.)
I use VB default skin, Version 3.6.8

and when I tried to upload files from external URL
this message appears

arning: tempnam() [function.tempnam]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp/) in [path]/includes/class_upload.php on line 276

what can I do?:confused:

3.6.8 doesn't use security tokens, so if you are getting a security token error, it's from some modification you have installed.

I disabled all Mods and tried to upload files
and still this messages come to me
