RC2 admin issues

I just upgraded to the RC2 of VB4.0. When ever I try to edit the CMS sections or cats. I get this:
Sorry, you don't have permission to access the administrative controls on this page.
If you need to access this page, ask your lead administrator to enable your permissions for this page using the Administrator Permissions section of the control panel.
The thing is though I have all the permissions turned on sense I'm the first and only admin. Whats up with this?!

Update to RC4 for starters.

This is default features of vBulletin in which it should be directed to http://www.vbulletin.com
