vBulletin message: Unable to log out

I don't recall the exact text of the message, but when I leave the page idle for awhile, and browse other tabs in Chrome, this message sometimes appears. I looked into the problem on the internet but it was referring to 2004 and the solution was to revert the navbar template. I have made no changes to this template.

What does the template have to do with logging out? Just showing the log out link ?

Yeah, I think so. There was missing info in the link url for logout. But that was in 2004.

Here is what I have in the navbar:

With the little information you have posted, it's hard to know what is up. Have you checked your error_logs? (If you don't know where they are, ask your host.) You say the message appears... when? Are you just looking at the page and suddenly the page changes and that message appears? That's what it sounds like to me from what you posted.

You should be able to logout lol, what does it say when you log out?
