Few questions about files and folders permissions

I've moved my forum and updated it to RC2. Big mistake. Now all problems I have - I don't know if this is the move or RC2. Anyways, I think that most of my issues can be solved with setting correct permissions to files and folders. Is there a list of what should be set to what?

Also, does anyone know what might cause a problem when you try to preview post or thread?

Your error is from a plugin.

As for permissions, I am pretty sure there is a thread over on vb.com with the correct permissions spelled out. You should be able to just upload the files and they will have the correct permissions. You may have to change the directory permissions on a couple of directories if you choose to use them (datastore, customavatars, etc.).

Plugin? I only have vBSEO and official Blogs (that are disabled). Does this mean it's vBSEO?

By the way, do you know anything about if official Blog plugin will work on vB4? Id hate to loose all blogs...

Have you updated vbseo for vB4.0? Plus you should of uploaded the blogs for vB4 too.

The blogs are now included in the suite. You cannot use the 3.8 blogs with the 4.0 forums.
