I removed the "if this is your first visit check out the faq and you may need to register before you can post" thing on top of my vbulletin.
But now the blasted yellow box it was in is still there.
I am in:
Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> ? ? -> Forum Home Templates -> FORUMHOME
And have no idea what I am looking at to get rid of that yellow highlight box.

It is underneath the "forum" with little house icon next to it. As a dark yellow, or light brown line with no purpose.
I am not sure exactly what to remove in the FORUMHOME template, in order to get rid of this thing. Any help much appreciated.

Nevermind, found it.
Can under notices turn it off totally, don't have to delete the message or the yellow bar css or such. Can just click disable or whatever under "notices".
