Super Moderator permissions

I gave to one of my super modarator some extra permissions , idid eveything correct but when he tries to log in , he is not allow and always receies message that he is not authorise.

We tried this from another PC and stil the same.

When i tried myself from my PC it was working.

Any ideas what is going wrong please ??

Tried to login where? To the forum? To the modcp? To the admincp? If to the admincp, in the usergroup permissions for the group you have him in, you must have "Can Access Control Panel (is Administrator)" set to Yes or he will not be allowed in there.
