Server problem that I can't figure out how to resolve.

I cannot approve members from the Admin CP. I have tried multiple times but have the following error and am not at all sure how to fix it:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@parent-2-parent.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Does anyone have any idea?? I'm really desperate. I posted on vb.com and this is what they've said so far. I just don't understand what to do.

Do you have a managed server? If so, you should just tell them what the error is and have them fix it.

And you posted some of the error_log, but what you need to do is go to your site, do whatever you do to make the error happen and then look at the error_logs immediately after to see what is in there. Look for *your* IP address in the error log so you can see which of the error *you* caused.
