Looking for vbulletin option

Can you please help me find the spot in the vb options where this variable can be set?

$vbulletin->options['excluded_forums']

Must be related to the xml feed settings...

I can not find "excluded_forums" anywhere in the vb files for 3.8. Are you sure it isn't from a modification?
