Database Error ONLY with CMS

I went to change the title of the first article that's on 'the front page' just to get an idea of how things work and ended up with a Database Error only on 'the front page' or when I click on the home link. I do not have any further information on the Error message other than the Database Error that I am getting..

Can anyone tell me how to get the specific error to show so i can work from there?? Or may possible know the problem already and help me get this fixed??
