Automatic Resize avatar

In my forum i have a restriction that avatars must be maximum 200 by 150 pixels. And many users dont know how to resize their photo... Is there any way to resize automatic their avatar? by an option in vbulletin or a module.

This is already enabled by default. If they upload their avi, the software auto resizes for you.

what? i tried a minute ago to put an avatr with dimensions: 507x310 and it didnt took it the error said that the avatar must be 200 x 150

If it is not enabled, then there is a problem as it is always enabled.
