Hiring a coder

How can I go about hiring a coder to make 3 mods that I use a great deal work with 4.0?

I have been waiting and waiting, but so far these 3 mods that I need "Advanced Forum Rules" "Advanced Registration" and "subforum manager" but haven't seen them as of yet.

You could post in the Requests For Paid Services (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30) forum. But please be aware that you can not release a modified version of someone elses work and it would only be for the benefit of your own board.
