body background image, where TH ?

I'm looking to change the body background and set an image, couple of days, no clue!!!

I've already posted this in a couple of places. There is no stylevar, so you need to add your own css:

html {
background: url(image.jpg) and more stuff here;
}

Do you mind if I ask where should I insert the CSS?
I tried in the vbulletin field " Extra CSS Attributes " , in " Additional CSS Definitions ", in the Header, nothing, all I got is the same text you gave me on the top of the page :(
