Advertisers/Avatars

I added new advertisers to the page on the bottom of my forums. They were coming out stacked on each other. I then removed them in the Manage Ads and nothing is there. BUT, they still show on the bottom of my forums.

When I try to resize the Avatars in the Admin Panel, they stay the same.
