Upgrading Error, Help Please

Alright I get this error when trying to upgrade my 3.8.4 PL1 to 4.0 on Step 6, which is moving the attachments

Moving picture 5011 into the Attachment System

Anysuggestions? Ideas?

Anyways .. increase the memory_limit in PHP.ini file on your server.
