Where is Blog Mod?

I am looking for the blog modification for vbulletin 3.8.x (3.8.4) I really need this, I used search and also looked in the 3.8.x forum board for 1 hour and 30 mins, and can't find it. Does anyone know if there is even one? Because I seen a few forums with it.

It's an official paid mod over at vbulletin.com, not a free mod.
