Buggered if I can fid it

Can change the main forum index but if I go into a forum I'm buggered if I can figure out how to change the white bits in the attached image.......Can someone tell me how to change it..........It is driving me mental.

Get the firebug addon for firefox and you will be able to easily find classes and try out changes right there on the page.
