I've got a problem, for some reason my PM notification" pop up is not working. Not sure why, I have the Instant messaging options in vbulletin option page turned on. Any Advice?

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options

Or

UserCP > Edit Options
