Ads on right column [Archive]

Can anyone help me figure out how to place a skyscraper/vertical ad on the right of the forums (hopefully using the ad templates that come with vBulletin)

There is no ad_locations for the sides but there are a number of mods that can do this or you can edit the footer file and hard code them in place.
