Since it is going open source now I am wondering if anyone is going to take over it to release here? This would be great to keep track of thing on my site instead of just using it to report bugs to vbulletin only.

It will be released on vBulletin.org by IB staff once they have the next version ready. When this it is ready this will be announced on vBulletin.com.
