New Thread button on showthread

Before I upgraded to VB4, I also had the New Thread button on the showthread.php page. It was located to the left of the Reply button in the top left corner. Because of how some members post at my site, I would love to be able to have this again. Does anyone know how to do this yet with VB4?

i have posted that mod already but i put post trhead to right but you can easily swap it a round by putting the edits i put before rather than after :)
