Adding a vertical column of banners on right of forum

On my 3.8+ forum I have a vertical column of advertising banners on the right and I also have on at the top of the forum. It's how I support my site.

I'm not sure the person who wrote the code for mine is going to update it for VB4. I have a beta site up and testing and I need to figure out how to do this soon and also add one to the new CMS home page. You can see my site at http://www.pro-touring.com/forum/

I know this is new and probably just a matter of time but maybe I missed something in a search.
