Group Thumbnails

Can someone please tell me how I change the group thumbnail picture in social groups, as you can see here http://www.mytattooforum.com/groups/ it is like a little small square and I want to make it more visible to the users/guests.

I also noticed when you look at a social group thread you cant see the images all you can see is the text for the image like :D but when you go in you can see them, see here http://www.mytattooforum.com/groups/we-all-love-mtf.html

Isn't that done from the "Edit Group" link at the bottom of the group page?
