Paypal membership integration?

I'm searching through the mods but I'm not sure if I'm coming up with a good mod. I run a monthly recurring membership site which is a closed vbulletin forum. I was wondering if there was a mod out there that handled this and integrates paypal into vbulletin.

Maybe it's already integrated and I don't know it?
