How can I out a link under the forum description ? I have sponsrs for my site and beneath their name I want to add a link to their page an example

I know I can add it in the forum link box,but want it under forum description as a link,I have seen it done.I did try to look here but couldn't find anything.If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great
