Anybody tell me are the "home" , "forums" "articles" "mods" etc tabs at the top of the site a nice addon or are they custom coded ?

I quite fancy them for one of my VB's.

there are a few mods that will get similar results
search "tabs" by title and you'll find a few ;)

I did find this one which looked promising:

But little else under the search "tabs", strangely everything and it's dog comes up but nothing related to tabs.
