White line on block headers

Not been able to (after many long hours) fathom how to get this white line, or border to vanish.

Edit this in forumbits.css ... I think

.forumbit_nopost .forumhead h2, .forumbit_post .forumhead h2 {
border-top:1px solid #FFFFFF;
margin-left:3px;
margin-right:3px;
}
