Registration Problem

Well, whenever someone tries to register for my forum, they get a white screen with this on it:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/functions_vbsfs.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/webkinzc/public_html/forums/register.php(385) : eval()'d code on line 3

Could someone tell me what the problem is, or if any of the errors are happening on other forums? Thank you in advance!

I think you are missing the file functions_vbsfs.php from your includes directory. I don't know anything about it, but doing a search, it looks like it's part of this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=176481&highlight=functions_vbsfs.php.
