Display profile pic on Forum Leaders page

Does anyone know how I can display the moderators profile picture on the Forum Leaders page? I have been looking around for something like $user[profilepicurl] so that I can display these pictures in the Show Groups>showgroups_usergroupbit template. Is there anyway to do this or am I not understanding the $user object correctly?
