I have a minor problem with my usergroups.
When we ported over from phpbb my partner in crime set up the paid subscription for the users. The problem is he added a paid subscription for each of them from an excel template but the primary usergroup is "registered users" and the additional usergroup "subscriber"
when the forum processes a subscription it is the other way round.
As a result the ported users can still view subscribed sections after the paid subscription expires.
I have about 90 odd users like this.
Is there a query I can run to convert these users with subscriber as additional and registered as primary the other way round so subscriber is primary..
If i did this would the forum then restrict access until the paid subscription is renewed?
Sorry for all the questions but im baffled and looking at a long night doing it one by one :(
