Friendly reminder to membe that they haven't logged in for a while

I know there is a feature within VB that will send an e-mail reminder that they haven't logged in for a while.
Could anyone tell me where it is located within the Admin CP so I could use it?

I believe it's under Users > Send Email to users

Then compose your email in the edit box and input your user selection criteria et voila.

Thanks......after digging into my CP a little further, and reviewing that area, I came to the same conclusion.
