Hello,
I just bought a site from someone and he have sent all files to me. but we lost index.php and /admin/index.php so forum couldn't runs
When i ask him many times about Customer Number, he didn't reply me ( we lost contact)
I tried to go to http://members.vbulletin.com/lostpw.php?do=lostcustomerid and put his email and "The details submitted did not match any records in our database.". maybe he did not use this email account.
The version number is vBulletin 3.6.2 and i have the license number.
what do i have to do? so i can login to member area to download the files.
