admincp and post viewing problems

ive been running into problems since my box had a hard shutdown...
well i had it all fixed except when u click on vbul options in admin cp...
it kept popping up an sql error number 126
well i done what this website said to do:

and now when i try to go to my admincp page or view a post my page just tries to load but never does ... no 404 no nothing just a blank page and says its loading
anyone have a clue how to fix this???

Did you repair/optimize the table a couple of times until it came back saying it was OK? What program did you use to repair/optimize it?

i didnt use anything i just did:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Repair / Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue

Run it twice to make sure it comes back clean the second time.

but it never did anything it just said please wait for like a couple of hours

so no i never got to click on it again

i tried the first step... all it does is sit there and do the loading thing too
