Problem with logo

IS there a way i can make my logo adjust depending on what resolution a person is using on their computers

The logo goes all the way across for me, but others are saying it only goes half way across for them

Any suggestions on what i can do

But on your page, the little men only go half way across but it's grey all the way across, so it looks OK to me (and my monitor is set to 1600 across).
