How can I add a Youtube Button to the newreply and newthread tool bars?

When you create the bbcode for them, make sure to enter the correct path to the image you want to use for the button where it says "Button Image (Optional). (example: images/editor/youtube.gif if you had an image named youtube.gif in your images/editor directory)
