I need help to delete plugin content from usergroup permissions

Hi, i've installed Chatbox EVO, and then unistalled it, but the permissions in usergroups still there, and when i want to make a change, i have a DB error (Obviuosly, because there isn't anymore Chatbox EVO db fields.

How can i delete these fields manually?

Problems with modifications need to be asked in the modification thread (and in this case, try reading the thread cuz I swear I've seen this question asked several times before).
