Changing Vbulletin Php Version to HTML version

Hello

My site http://www.malludreams.com is running finely and we are using the php files.

And i when i last downloded the vbulletin files from vbulletin.com members area.. I saw html version.

May i change my forum to html version?
Is it gonna make any problem?
which one is better.. (especially in speed matter)?
If you suggest me to go ahead..!!! .. How should i do it.. Can u give me a rough idea?

Shouldn't make any difference speed wise, or any differences would be because of the web server configuration. You'd have to make sure the web server is processing the php in the html files to go that route (or set it up to do it).
