::About::
This is a very simple modification, but alot of people do not think to utilize it. Mainly, it is a simple pop-up box code, used in conjunction with Bungie.net's powerful friendslist feature. The code can be added to anywhere, it all depends on the Admin's choice, but I prefer to have it near the "New Posts" link in the navbar.

::Installation::
In navbar template, Find:
<vb:if condition="$show['pmmainlink']">

Above that code, add:
<!-- XBLFriendslist -->
<li><a href="#" onclick="window.open('http://www.bungie.net/Stats/LiveFriends.aspx','FriendsList','statusbar=no,menu bar=no,toolbar=no,scrollbars=yes,resizable=yes,wid th=430,height=520'); return false;">Xbl Friendlist</a></li>
<!-- /XBLFriendslist -->

::Uninstallation::
Simply search for "XBLFriendslist" and delete the code specified above.

How does this actually help when you have to go to bungie and sign in. I guess this is good if you just want a link button that brings up a new window.

Correct, but the chances of Bungie's server going down is minimal.

This is a cool thing but its really no help when you have to first go to bungie to get it to work. If someone wants to do something really cool Make an API that lets you login to Xbox.com and control stuff. I might start on this now that i mentioned it

Would be great to have a modification just like the guys over at gamertagnation.com have going on.

the only true way would be to use the api's from microsoft which aren't public (you have to be apart of the XCDP or a developer of a xbox/windows game). Otherwise it's doing screen captures and so fourth or leeching off another sites xml coding.

or you can talk to someone I know :p he made used an api for his clan management system hes making, it takes the gamertag entered collects te users online, status, reputation, etc. you can also get the gamers leaderboard compared with his friends, or his friends list, just have to know where to find it on google :p

I may (hopefully) have access to my own xbox live API soon for developing gamercards for one of our sites and also VB related plugins, Ive had a reply to my application from the head guy at MS who runs the programme, so hopefully we'll get access..

I'd like a PS3 API aswell, but they dont seem very helpful at PSN.. :(
