I've just installed a vbulletin suite but it shows some text (kind of binary test) after installing : http://myquran.com/forum/

vbulletin suite is not released yet, so I'm not sure what you think you installed. I suggest you go back to the members area and download the latest version (3.8.4, I believe) and reupload all the files and run through the upgrade script again.
