I need to install a fresh copy of vB on a site. I was going to add Projects to it, as it's for web dev support.

vB.com says Projects is now an open source project here and NOT included as part of the upcoming vB 4.0.

So, if I need projects for 3.8, where do I get it?

And I'm assuming it will be upgradeable to 4.0?

You need to ask this question over on vb.com since they are the owner of the Projects modification and only they know what will be released.

A vBulletin 4.0 compatible version of Project Tools will be released here at vBulletin.org "when it is ready".

If you have a valid suite liscense, contact support and they may be able to add the project tools + blog to your 3.8 download options

So it's March now and there's still no release!? Or am I missing something?

you are correct
most people have given up on seeing project tools being released, I'm one of them.

This question should be asked on vBulletin.com as they are the ones that will need to package and release it.

But this was also mentioned in the 2nd post. Closing as discussing this here on vB.org serves no purpose, please post on vBulletin.com.
