Customizing Vbulletin

To what extent you can customize vBulletin?
Can the looks of it be changed to a extent that you cannot judge that its vb forum?

vBulletin is completely customizing and yes it can be given a complete makeover.
Depends on the level you want it done. i believe it can be replicated to almost any design.

I've been wanting to see a site thats ran by vB but you wouldn't know if its vB! So far haven't see any. Just cause I'm curious =p

There are tons of sites that are v bulletin and you wouldnt even know it, just have to look! when you paid for the v bulletin without the license links at the bottom you dont even know it is v bulletin.
